Shipping Policy

At Metro-Repro we make every effort to ship or deliver your order via your chosen shipping method as quickly as possible.

• All orders outside our local delivery areas will be shipped UPS or FedEx ground unless otherwise specified by the customer.
• Free local delivery for orders over $50.00. Orders less than $50.00 will incur a $9.00 local delivery fee unless ground shipping is requested.
• Orders for in-stock items placed before 3:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
• Expedited, over-night shipping is available upon request and shipping costs will be quoted for approval before we ship your order.
• We will not ship hazardous materials such as liquid Ammonia used in blueprint developing nor will we pick up or arrange pick up for used Ammonia.
• Unless otherwise noted, orders will not be charged to your credit card or account until released for shipping.
• Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.
